BYT naps on the studio inbox and wakes up to sort briefs, ship weekly demos, and guard focus. Three humans do the actual typing.

Purr! 3 briefs sorted, 1 demo booked.
What BYT has picked up from watching us work. Levels are out of ten and honest.
Process
Mapping how a business actually runs, finding the manual steps, and fixing them before any software is written.
9/10AI
Agents for inboxes, documents, support and reports. Pilots on real data, a human in the loop, a kill switch.
8/10Code
Next and Postgres underneath, APIs on the edge, internal tools and portals. Shipped through CI, not by hand.
9/10Design
Identity, typography, product UI, and the design systems that keep them consistent after launch.
8/10Performance
Lighthouse in the high nineties as a habit: image pipelines, edge caching, zero stock components.
9/10Napping
On the inbox, strictly between deploys. Wakes up for every message within a day.
10/10
One studio day, Kyiv time. The marker shows where BYT is right now, and the cat upstairs sleeps when the schedule says so.

Same cat as upstairs. Type pet, feed or nap and watch it here. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
Run any picture through the same lines BYT is drawn with. A portrait, a logo, a product shot. Pick how many lines, flip it, download it.

You
Hiring in 2026
A small, independent practice that still answers its own emails.
BYTCD started in 2024 as a small practice for code, design and the web. Somewhere in the second year the briefs changed: fewer "we need a website", more "we spend half the day retyping things". So did the studio. Today most of our work is taking the manual steps out of a business and building the software, with AI where it fits, that holds the rest together.
BYT showed up in the first year as a doodle in the margin of a brief, a cat drawn with the horizontal lines of a half-loaded image. It stayed as the studio’s reminder: ship the frame you have, then make it sharper.
We charge fixed prices, we ship weekly, and we would rather miss a deadline than miss the point. If we are not the right shop for the job, we say so and point you to someone who is.

The questions we get on the first call, answered before it.
How do we start?
One call, then a few hours inside your process. You leave with a written scope and a fixed quote within 48 hours.
What does it cost?
A fixed price per scope, agreed before any work starts. No hourly surprises at the end.
How long does a project take?
A pilot takes two weeks. A full build takes four to twelve, with a demo in your inbox every week so nothing is a surprise.
Do we need AI at all?
Often not for everything. We put it where it saves hours and leave the rest to plain software and people. If it is the wrong tool, we say so.
Who will I actually talk to?
The people building it. BYT sorts the inbox; a human writes back within a day.
What happens after launch?
We deploy, train the team, hand over the keys, and stay on for six weeks of fixes and polish.
Is BYT real?
As real as a mascot gets. The purrs you count here stay in your browser; the humans are the real part.
